Return Policy


Claims: For any products received that are misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the item. Provide picture of damaged item and we will get a replacement sent your way.

If your order has been lost during transit, ensure you file a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the error is on our side, we will cover the associated costs.

Reporting Issues: If there are any problems with the products or any other aspect of the order, please contact our support.

Returns and Addressing: Upon receiving a returned shipment, you will be notified by an automated email. Any unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after a period of 30 days. It's crucial to use our specified return address; otherwise, you may be responsible for any returns that come directly to you.

Addressing Concerns:

  • Wrong Address: In cases where an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will revert to our facility. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility once we verify an updated address.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Any shipments that aren't claimed will be sent back to our facility. You will be held responsible for the cost of reshipping to you or your customer.

Customer Returns: We encourage customers to reach out to us before making any returns. For all customers, buyer’s remorse is not a valid reason for refunds. Returns, size exchanges, and other related offers will be at your discretion and cost. If you decide to accept such returns or exchanges, a new order will need to be placed on your end, covering any related costs. Brazilian customers who wish to return a purchase must get in touch with our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item, accompanied by a photo of it. Any requests for returns will be evaluated based on the item's condition. If the item has been used or damaged, refunds will not be processed.
